Primary Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager on the RotoHog Product Management team, you are responsible for providing project management leadership for crucial company initiatives. You will report directly to the Executive VP of Product Strategy in our fast-pace, energetic work environment, and work closely with members of Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, QA and Engineering teams, at all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Managing cross functional teams and programs

• Documenting and tracking progress to program roadmaps

• Validating and managing project scope;

• Developing and maintaining accurate, detailed project plans;

• Track and resolve schedule and cost variances to project plans;

• Identifying and managing project risks; tracking/managing projects to successful completion;

• Communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders;

• Providing leadership to project teams,

• Maintaining project documentation

This position requires the following skills:

• Minimum 8-10 years experience managing large highly complex projects.

• Expertise in project management software tools and management techniques.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the day-to-day management of multiple projects and frequent product releases is a plus.

• Solid understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of a commercial Web site. Proven track record of shipping successful products.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.

• Sports Fans and Fantasy Sports players, a plus
