We offer a full suite of robust fantasy games, casual games and social network applications for our partners. Our flagship Stock Exchange game combines a traditional points scoring system with an innovative stock market-style trading floor to make a very exciting and addictive game. We are growing rapidly season after season and are proud to offer the best fantasy sports and entertainment products available today. Executive Management

Kelly Perdew, Chief Executive Officer

Kelly is responsible for setting the vision of the Company, attracting and retaining the best team in Fantasy Sports, and ultimately creating value for clients, employees, partners and shareholders. Kelly was most recently the President of ProElite.com; an online social network that provides tools for combat sports enthusiasts. While Kelly was leading the digital divsion, ProElite, Inc. raised over $40M, including $5M from CBS, and inked a 3-year exclusive deal with Showtime for airing its mixed martial arts (“MMA”) fights and televised the first network primetime MMA fight on CBS. Kelly has held numerous leadership positions in such companies as CoreObjects Software; MotorPride.com, K12 Productions, and eteamz.com. As the President of the largest amateur sport portal on the web — eteamz.com — he helped build the company which is now serving more than 3.2 million amateur sports teams as part of Active Networks. Kelly was also a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the Braxton Strategy Practice and served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and Airborne Ranger. After winning the second season of the NBC hit show, The Apprentice, Kelly spent 2005 as an Executive Vice President in the Trump Organization, where he managed several projects.
Kelly earned a BS from the US Military Academy, West Point, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. Kelly authored, “TAKE COMMAND: 10 Leadership Principles I Learned in the Military and Put to Work for Donald Trump.” He is a nationally recognized speaker on leadership, technology, career development and entrepreneurship and is a national spokesperson for Big Brothers/Sisters and The National Guard Youth Challenge Program. Kelly received a Presidential Appointment to the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation (www.volunteer.gov) in June 2006. Kelly is a loyal Denver Broncos fan and is currently the 2-time Super Bowl Champion of his 12-team football keeper league. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Dawn and step-son Hunter.

Michael Stark, CTO

Michael most recently was SVP, Engineering & Technical Operations, at YouBet.com. Previously Michael served in numerous management positions with Edenet Communications, Vertel, the BELLSOUTH Company DataServ, Inc. and NCR/Teradata Corporation. He was also a consultant and software engineer at Science Application International, Informatics General Corporation (Sterling Software) and the Federal Reserve Bank. Michael is a near 30-year veteran of the technology industry. He earned a B.S. in computer science from the Jerusalem Institute of Technology in Jerusalem, Israel.

Kenneth Hong, Executive Vice President of Strategy

Kenneth is a software industry veteran with extensive international business experience, and has held principal and management positions at IBM and Oracle Corporation. Ken holds bachelor and master degrees from Stanford University and graduated with honors from The Wharton School’s MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Kriz, Vice President of Product

Scott oversees the development of all web-based products. Prior to joining RotoHog, Scott was the Director of Product at ProElite, where he was responsible for a robust community of Mixed Martial Arts fans as well as the Video on Demand and a directory of schools. Previously, Scott was Chief Information Officer and Director of Technology for MindEdge, Inc. a company that Kriz helped found in 1999. He was also a founding member of CollegeTownUSA, a successful developer of Web communities for students, alumni, parents, and professors. Scott further developed his skills as a systems engineer at General Electric and Raytheon. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.

Garrett J. Brown, Director of Business Development

Garrett leads RotoHog’s business development efforts and works to create fantasy sports games that are customized for each partner’s unique goals and objectives. Before joining RotoHog, he was a corporate attorney with Tyre Kamins Katz & Granof in Century City. While there he gained valuable experience representing corporate clients across many industries in a general counsel capacity. He holds a J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Bryant Martin, Director of Marketing

Prior to joining RotoHog, Bryant was the North American Director of Marketing responsible for developing the Pantech Wireless brand in the United States and Canada through the launch of co-branded product for well known brands including AT&T (Cingular), Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Disney and ESPN. Bryant developed his marketing and sales experience with nearly 10 years at AT&T Wireless before moving to Siemens Mobile and then Pantech. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Rick Weil

Rick was formerly President of FUN Technologies Inc. (TSX/AIM: FUN), a market leader in two of the fastest-growing sectors of interactive online gaming — fantasy sport services and skill gaming. Prior to joining FUN, Mr. Weil was the Corporate Vice President of International Business Development for Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq:SGMS). Before that he was a senior management consultant at Monitor Company.

Kent is Co-Founder. Kent is a tenured associate professor at The Wharton School where he teaches managerial decision making and risk management. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University and is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury.
