I sent an Invite to Join my football league to an existing RotoHog manager, where did it go?

The invite should be in your friends RotoHog Inbox. There is an Inbox indicator at the top of most pages showing the number of unread messages. Also, an e-mail should have gone out letting them know they have a new message from you in their RotoHog Inbox.
