I sent an invite to a friend, but they don't show up on the Referral Tracker at all. What should I do?

If they don't show up at all, even as Pending or Ineligible, then it's possible that the e-mail address was typed incorrectly when entered in the Invite. The best thing to do is resend the Invite, but it the problem happens again, please send an e-mail to customerservice@rotohog.com so we can correct the issue.
